We had an enchanting evening on July 20th, at the Amphitheatre, Goethe Zentrum, Jawahar Nagar, Trivandrum, where the renowned Prof. V.S. Valsalakumari (Retd. Professor in German, Govt College for Women) and Dr. Rajalakshmi (Retd. Associate Professor in German, Malabar Christian College, Kozhikode) captivated us with readings from their 2023 translation, "Grimminde Kathakal," published by Mathrubhumi. The session, held from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, was a mesmerizing journey through the timeless tales of the Brothers Grimm, beautifully translated into Malayalam. It was a delightful gathering of literature enthusiasts, students, and members of the Goethe Zentrum community, celebrating the cross-cultural storytelling.
