The TripleWin-Project in Kerala touched a historic milestone on Monday, when the first batch of 200 nurses enrolled for the German language courses at the Goethe-Zentrum in Trivandrum and Kochi. At an event organized at both the centres, these students were warmly welcomed by the representatives of the Goethe-Zentrum, GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation) and NorkaRoots, the official partner of the Federal Employment Agency. Within the framework of this project, it is planned to recruit 1000 nurses over the next two years for employment in German hospitals and care homes. The Consulate General takes immense pleasure and pride that the project has taken off well, heralding a new avenue of ethical recruitment of skilled professionals from India.
